Job Summary and Qualifications
Supervises and coordinates activities for daily food service operations
throughout FNS. A primary focus is to ensure timely and accurate meal services
for patient services, cafeteria services, physician’s lounge, catering and
compliance with HACCP/Sanitation standards. Responsibilities may include, but
are not limited to scheduling, employee performance evaluations, cash
handling, opening/closing, direct employee supervision. Supervisor will be
expected to have working knowledge of all department positions, RCS menu
system and Common Cents register system. The FNS supervisor position is a
working position. Supervisors will also maintain duties of position as Cook I,
Cook II or Dietitian Assistant.

* 1-3 years of experience
