Job Summary and Qualifications

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified ED Pharmacist Candidates!!

The Clinical Pharmacist-ED provides general clinical and Pharmacy services in
the Emergency Department Satellite Pharmacy. This may include the supervision
of technical staff. We have an amazing team; apply today!

• You will Actively participate in disease state management in the ED arena by working collaboratively with licensed independent practitioners (LIPs) for patients requiring care for targeted conditions such as sepsis, pneumonia, and COPD.
• You will Interpret orders and transcribes or verifies them accurately and efficiently into the pharmacy computer system
• You will accurately compound and dispense medications efficiently and expeditiously.

# What qualifications you will need:

* B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification required.
• A minimum of one year of hospital experience in an ICU/ED setting or completion of a PGY-1/PGY-2 in Emergency Medicine/Critical Care Medicine preferred.
