practice in Hixson, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified or board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine
- Active Tennessee license or the ability to obtain one
Incentive/Benefits Package:

- Phone call 1:8
- Monday – Thursday hours are anywhere from 7:45am – 4:45pm (based on provider preference) Friday – 7:45-11:45
