What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Model company values, troubleshoot client concerns, and create positive experiences for workers’ compensation and occupational medicine clients.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Target specific industries, execute sales strategies, and promote occupational medicine, workers’ compensation, urgent care, and à la carte services.
- Achieve New Business Goals: Meet and exceed revenue targets by generating leads, setting appointments, and closing deals through proactive outreach and cold calling.
- Foster Retention: Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular account visits, personalized retention strategies, and tailored support.
- Plan Strategically : Develop and execute market-specific plans within a 10-mile radius of each center, identifying and targeting key industries and businesses.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with marketing, regional leaders, and center managers to outline market approaches and activities that align with corporate strategies.
- Track Performance : Monitor sales activities, manage accounts receivable, and ensure profitability for each client, market, and service line.
- Leverage Data: Use insights to enhance sales materials, identify competitive advantages, and track ROI for all activities related to market growth.
- Communicate Results: Share weekly progress, participate in team calls, and prepare for formal reviews to align goals and actions with overall business objectives.
You’ll Shine If You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (required).
- Proven sales experience (Healthcare or Medical Service Sales is highly preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in a medical or healthcare services setting (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills —both written and verbal.
- Strong appointment-setting and closing skills to seal the deal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce.com (highly preferred).
- A valid U.S. Driver’s license and the ability to travel within your market.
