We are hiring a Daytime Hospitalist, Swing Hospitalist and Nocturnist. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:

* The candidate must be board certified/eligible.
* We accept internal medicine and family medicine trained physicians. Hospitalist experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
* ACLS certification is mandatory.
* Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

* 7 days on, 7 days off.
* Open day hospitalist position shift is 8 AM – 8 PM, swing shift is 3pm-1am, and the nocturnist shift is 8 PM – 8 AM.
* Daily coverage for all positions is:
* Eleven day hospitalists (rounders 8a-8p), one admitter hospitalist (8a-8p)/day, one swing hospitalist (10 hours shift 3p-1a), and one nocturnist physician (8p-8a).
* Two day APPs (one rounding, one admitting 8a-8p) and two night APPs (cross cover and admitting).

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high quality, comprehensive medical care and post operative care to a 977-bed facility (241 beds covered by Sound).
* Manage responsibility of the floor pager and collaborate with the Nocturnist.
* Receive high volume of transfers from a broad referral area, including a Level IV trauma center, and comprehensive stroke center.
* Utilize EPIC EMR systems and Sound’s internal informatics platform.

* Compensation:
* Hourly compensation for the day, swing hospitalist, and nocturnist is $1900 – $2200 depending on the shift worked.
* Daytime rounder base salary is $347K plus bonuses.
* Nocturnist base salary is $402K plus bonuses.
