Family Medicine Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Boston, Massachusetts

In between all the tours and famous sites, take a trip to Fenway Park or get some seafood at any of the downtown spots like the Union Oyster House that is one of the oldest restaurants still in operation today in the United States.About the clinician’s workdayThis correctional medicine position in Boston, MA, is needed ASAP for a 3-6 month assignment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, with no call or weekend requirements. The caseload consists of 15-20 patients per day, plus overseeing individuals in medical observation, serving an adult-only population. Required certifications include BLS, CPR, and CSR with DEA, and candidates can be BC, BE, or GP in FM/IM. Procedures include standard correctional care such as treating coughs, colds, physicals, and possibly suturing.
