Cardiology – Advanced Heart Failure – Rocky Mountain West

Billings Clinic is seeking a skilled BC/BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our well-established Heart Failure Program within Montana s largest independent health system serving Montana, Wyoming and the western Dakotas.

* Opportunity to be part of the only Advanced HF program in Montana
* Region’s tertiary referral center with 80 plus specialties
* Robust CardioMEMs implantation and monitoring program
* Multidisciplinary Cardiogenic Shock Team Must be proficient with transplants, LVADS and temporary mechanical circulatory support including IABPs, Impella CP/5.5, RVAD/Protek Duo and ECMO
* Ability to perform right heart catheterizations and RV biopsies, CardioMEMS, Pulmonary hypertension and Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) a plus
* Recognized for providing high quality, comprehensive HF care and advanced HF therapies
* Awarded AHA GWTG Gold Plus and Target HF
* ACC HF accredited program with outpatient designation
* Care for full spectrum of HF patients on the inpatient HF service and in high volume outpatient clinics
* Lead outpatient specialty clinics including: LVADs and Transplants, Cardiomyopathies involving HOCM, Amyloidosis and Rare Cardiac Diseases, Pulmonary Hypertension
* Work with APPs experienced in Cardiology and HF care
* Three years plus post fellowship preferred but graduating fellows welcome to apply
