Minimum requirements:

* BS Physical Therapy
* Idaho Physical Therapist license or compact state
* Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 1 year of hire

Compensation based on years of experience. Additional credential pay available for degrees, certificates, etc.

$50,000 – $100,000
