dedicated Advanced Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology like you to be a part of our
team.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing all levels of
pharmacy clinical services. This includes monitoring patient medication
regimens and providing appropriate interventions as well as supporting all
aspects of pharmacy operations.
What qualifications you will need:

* Pharmacist licensed in the state of Texas or or eligible to become licensed by start date

• Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Completion of PGY-1 and a PGY-2 in Oncology OR completion of PGY-1 with clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology and BCOP OR at least 4 years of clinical Oncology experience required
• ACLS preferred
• BLS preferred
