North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. * Attractive total compensation package ranging from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years experience

* Hold or be eligible to obtain a Arizona License and DEA

* Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility

Salary: $100,000-120,000 DOE
