Advanced Practice Provider Primary Care in Loves Park, Illinois

* Busy primary care practice seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to serve our well-established practice.

* Practice model includes a combination of APP’s and physicians with two providers staffing each location daily.

* Clinic hours are Mon-Friday, 8am – 5pm

* Excellent work/life balance with no call

Education & Experience Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program

* Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant

* Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

* Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred

* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications

* Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
