Position Description
Responsibilities include performing routine administrative and clinical responsibilities as clinic medical provider. This position utilizes knowledge of office systems, procedures, clinic and hospital regulations, interdepartmental functions and insurance standards and procedure to facilitate patient services provided in a primary care clinic.

Education & Experience Requirements:
_Preferred Education and Experience_
Previous experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in medically needy and underserved communities.
_Licenses/Certificates_
1. Possession of a valid California license as a Physician Assistant OR Registered Nurse and Certification by the state of California, Board of Registered Nursing, as a Nurse Practitioner;
2. Furnishing number (_Nurse Practitioners only);_
3. DEA license, unrestricted;
4. NPI number;
5. Possession of/eligible for Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physican Assistants (_Physician Assistants only)_ OR Possession of/eligible for American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certification (_Nurse Practitioners only);___
6. Current BLS, required;
7. Current ACLS, preferred;
8. Currents PALS, preferred.

Compensation:

$62.00-$91.36 DOE
