Valley View Community Health Center is recruiting a full time, primary care mid level provider with 3+ years of experience for our busy family practice clinic in Centralia WA. Must have active Washington State RN and ARNP license as well as DEA.

This practice utilizes in depth knowledge of physical assessment and management of illnesses or conditions within the advanced registered nurse practitioner’s scope of practice. This practice includes patients with behavioral health issues and collaboration with other licensed health professionals such as physicians, ARNP’s, and RN’s. The ARNP will work directly with the Chief Medical Director on issues related to patient care management. Experience in minor surgical techniques is desired as well as 3+ years previous experience in a patient care setting.

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 7:30am – 6:00pm
