The APD will play a key role in assisting the Family Medicine Residency Program Director (PD) to lead and oversee the Family Medicine Residency Program. The APD is responsible for helping to ensure the program meets its goals and requirements while providing direct supervision, mentoring, and teaching to residents.[One Community. One Mission. One California](https://youtu.be/RrPuiSnALJY?si=pvQgPZ6ZWZM60TPV)As the Program Director , you will be the cornerstone of the residency program, leading both the educational and clinical components, shaping the next generation of family physicians, and ensuring the program remains innovative, compliant, and aligned with institutional and healthcare needs.40% Associate Program Director: Oversee all aspects of the Family Medicine Residency Program, including curriculum development, faculty oversight, and accreditation compliance.40% Resident Preceptor: Provide hands-on guidance, supervision, and mentorship to residents in clinical settings, helping them develop essential skills and clinical knowledge.20% Non-Faculty Primary Care Clinic Provider: Provide direct patient care in our well-established primary care clinic, contributing to community health while maintaining clinical expertise. We offer the following benefits to support you and your family: Competitive annual salary of $310,000 – $344,536 Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and malpractice coverage.Annual Quality Bonus up to $18,000.00 Signing incentives up to $25,000.00. Relocation assistance up to $20,000.00.
