Pay range $656,408 – $709,630

Our team

Join a team of 10 Specialty trained Orthopedic Surgeons and dedicated APPs with one existing Sports Medicine Surgeon. We are seeking to replace a retiring partner – join us for the opportunity to develop and grow our Sports Medicine service.

Position Overview

• Seeking board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with Sport Medicine Training
• 1.0 FTE position
• Surgical Block time available for our incoming provider
• Call equally shared
• Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Providers who value high quality care and work life balance
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
