Job Details*

Office open Monday – Thursday

Average daily patient volume is 16

Currently 2 Interventional physicians and 2 APPs

Medicine management

Outreach opportunities available

Qualifications

MD or DO degree

Will obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire

BE/BC in pain medicine

Completed an ACGME-accredited residency
