Who We’re Looking For:
_We encourage a wide range of healthcare professionals to apply, including:_

• RCIS credentialed Cath Lab Technologist
• RCES credentialed Cath Lab Technologist
• Radiologic Technologists – training provided to gain the necessary skills and knowledge for Cath Lab procedures
• EMTs – on-the-job training provided to help you prepare to sit for the RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) exam and excel as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Surgical Technologists – individuals with surgical experience interested in transitioning to Cath Lab work, with training available to sit for the RCIS exam.
• A graduate of a certificate or degree-granting program or post-secondary educational program in a health science field (includes, but not limited to, cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, nursing, or paramedic/EMT).

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Assist physicians with catheter-based procedures, monitoring patients, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Maintain equipment, prepare patient records, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications you will need :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Completion of an accredited Cath Lab Technologist program or eligibility to sit for the RCIS exam.
• EMTs, Surgical Technologists, and Radiologic Technologists are encouraged to apply —on-the-job training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
• Previous Cath Lab experience is a plus, but we welcome individuals with other healthcare backgrounds who are eager to learn.
