Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary:
Assists the Physician in performing diagnostic and interventional
cardiovascular procedures, electrophysiology procedures, structural heart
procedures, and peripheral vascular procedures.
Position Requirements:

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure, or current registration as Registered Radiology Technologist (RTR), or current certification as Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS); current BLS certification and current ACLS certification through AHA or ARC.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, accredited RTR and/or RCIS training program.
  • 2 years’ experience in critical care nursing preferred (RN). 2 years’ experience in interventional radiology procedures (RTR) preferred. 2 years’ experience in cardiovascular lab setting preferred (RCIS).
