dedicated Cardiovascular Technologist like you to be a part of our team.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the Director and/or designee, the Cardiovascular
Technologists’ primary responsibility is to provide expertise in those skills
related to the successful operation of the clinical cardiovascular and
radiological procedural environment. This includes the skills to assist the
Physician with performing Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac and
Radiological Procedures regularly performed in the Cath Lab environment, using
highly complex equipment, related to these procedures. Independent proficiency
and full participation in departmental procedures and performance
measurements, including on call availability, is an expectation. Assisting the
Physician with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures is a secondary
assignment. Makes technical assessments of image quality and monitors image
quality, which meet or exceed established standards.

# What qualifications you will need:

* Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology
• State of Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist with Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) with CV Technology degree
• Previous experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab preferred
