Case Manager – Safe Haven

Safe Haven works with individuals who homeless and/or actively using substances. We need you if you are someone who demonstrates compassion and patience, and you are willing to accept people as they are. Responsibilities include staffing the drop-in center, providing people with food, warm clothing, and other basic needs. Connect them to resources, such as housing, employment, legal, family supports, and mental health and substance use services at CCA and with other local providers. We use a harm reduction model and support people with the intention of keeping them alive until they inform us that they have an interest in recovery.

An associate degree or equivalent experience is a must.
