CCA is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for their Child Emergency Services Clinician position within their Children’s Behavioral Health Team. In this position, the clinician will conduct assessments of children who are at-risk of hospitalization or out of home placement and provide therapeutic support to children and their families. Individuals interested in this position must have comprehensive knowledge of trauma-informed care, risk-management, safety planning, and a general passion and care for working with families in need. The clinician will assess clients at risk for higher levels of care, collaborate with the Children’s Behavioral Health Team and outside providers, and will link families with resources available in the community. In this role, they must complete clinical documentation in a timely manner, attend weekly clinical supervision, and participate in consultations, as needed. This position would also help shape and inform the development of community outreach and small group facilitation with local partners on best practices for supporting children/youth in crisis. Must be eligible for LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, OR LICSW.
