Clinical Coordinator Youth and Family Tree

Community Care Alliance is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the Youth and Family Tree (YFT) program. The YFT Clinical Coordinator will screen and evaluate youth, ages 12-25 from diverse backgrounds and experiences, for co-occurring and/or substance us presentations and then connect the youth and their families to therapeutic, vocational, and/or social supports.

The ideal candidate has a passion for working with youth and their families, an engaging personality, is organized and mission driven. Candidates with mater’s level in social work or in a human services field preferred, bachelor’s degree in human services will be considered with experience working with children, youth and families with co-occurring and/or substance use presentations.

All staff must be vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless a certified medical exemption accommodation is granted. Proof of vaccination must be shown upon hire.
