dedicated Clinical Support Coordinator like you to be a part of our team.
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Support Coordinator supports high quality, patient-centered care
by offering feedback, guidance, and mentoring to new graduate nurses and/or
nurses that are transitioning to a new specialty. The Resource Nurse supports
multiple units. The Resource Nurse provides guidance and education on the
hospital’s standard of nursing practice, policies, and procedures to ensure
compliance with all accrediting and regulatory agency requirements.
What you will do in this role:
· Performs rounds on each nursing unit.
· Observes and assesses the quality of patient care being delivered.
· Identify nursing educational needs.
· Escalate concerns about nursing skills, patient care, policies, processes,
and equipment as appropriate.
· Ensure that nurses within scope of support have a clear understanding of how
to integrate patient experience into nursing practice.
What qualifications you will need:
· PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 60 days of employment
start date
· Registered Nurse license
· Bachelors Degree
· Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor, or Basic Cardiac Life
Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment
start date

Accredited Chest Pain Center in Sumner County and a Certified Primary Stroke
Center. The Birth Center at TriStar Hendersonville, featuring Sumner County’s
