Close to Home, Far from Ordinary | Rural FQHC Seeking Therapist

The behavioral therapist provides therapeutic interventions to remove psychosocial barriers to health and wellness; collaborates with primary healthcare team, the patient/family and community liaisons to assure patients’ psychosocial and socioeconomics needs are addressed wherever possible; participates in monthly staff meetings and physical/behavioral health integration efforts; and may participate in regional human services collaboratives as health center representatives with a focus on improvement of quality of life in the health center service area.

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

Compensation range begins at $65,000/year (full-time employment) for newly licensed therapists plus benefits outlined below. Opportunities for loan repayment are available through federal and state funding programs.
