We’re seeking a Community Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team and to provide accessible, high-quality patient care supported by comprehensive, integrated medical, dental, mental health, and pharmacy teams. As a Community Pharmacist, you will join our dedicated team of pharmacists and support staff. Education & Experience Requirements: Active and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist in Oregon. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to serving underserved rural populations. Experience in an FQHC or similar setting is a plus!
