Job Summary and Qualifications

The Charge Compliance Coordinator will ensure that all OR Coding is correct
and cost effective. By doing so they need to enjoy the analytics side and
detailed work that is required for this position. They will learn the coding
portion for the OR and then may have to educate employees on those codes. This
position will require them to watch procedures in the OR to gain a better
understanding of how procedures are performed in detail.
What qualifications you will need:
- RN license preferred
- Associate’s degree
- Experience RN with billing / coding experience
