POSITION PURPOSE:

The individual in this position provides overall coordination and leadership for the management and prevention of diabetes and manages diabetes related grants.

MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:
Three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience in diabetes education and/or diabetes care, and two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
License:
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory.
Certificates:
Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification. Obtain Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification within three (3) years from date of hire and maintain certification.

Salary Range: $91,225.00 – $116,768.00 per year
