Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Dietary Technician, you willact as an ambassador and support the mission
of ourhospitalbyoptimizingthe quality of life of our patients.Your duties will
also include (but not limited to):

• You will be assisting patients with menu selections in compliance with therapeutic diets
• You will have clerical responsibilities including filing, keeping records of forms, menus and other office supplies used in clinical area
• You will ensure proper sanitation of all dishes, flatware, trays, pots and pans, utensils
• You will communication with a variety of personnel and healthcare providers

You are:

• Reliable

• Organized and can provide exceptional customer service
• Able to read and speak English
• Comfortable working with email, electronic records, telephone systems, and various computer programs

Qualifications:

• Safe Serve Certification preferred
• Previous Food service experience preferred
• Experience and understanding of therapeutic diets
