Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Dietician works under the direction of the Clinical Nutrition
Services Manager to ensure that patient’s nutritional needs are met. Visits,
screens and prioritizes patient care based on acuity level, affecting the
nutritional care of patients. Assesses nutritional needs, develops and
implements nutritional care, and evaluates and reports these results
appropriately. Coordinates these activities with the department’s management
team, cooperating with other areas of the department. Serves as a role model
for the department.

# What qualifications you will need:

* Commission Dietetic Registration

• Licensed Dietician
• Bachelors Degree
• Graduate from an accredited college or University with a Bachelor degree in Dietetics and Nutrition.

HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is a 204-bed facility in Palm Beach County. We
offer preventative and elective programs and surgeries. We are an Agency for
Health Care Administration (AHCA) Primary Stroke Center. HCA Florida Palms
West Hospital has emergency services, a dedicated New Life Center and a Level
II NICU. We have a full-service Children’s Hospital. Services include
outpatient rehabilitation, an aquatics center, orthopedic spine center,
robotics, and interventional radiology. HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is
