Position Description
In your clinical role you will have the opportunity to consult with primary care providers and the psychiatric nurse practitioner on complex cases to develop a cohesive care plan. Our integrated care model includes opportunities to present cases at clinical meetings, with primary care providers, therapists, and the psychiatric nurse practitioner present, as well as a local psychiatrist who attends to consult. Broad-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, are essential to serve our population. This role is expected to be about 80-90% patient facing until the department grows.
In your administrative role, you will have the opportunity to help us take our behavioral health department to the next level. We are in a growth phase, and look forward to this department maturing alongside our other service lines.
Ability to work with all ages of clients is preferred (pediatric and adult).
Education & Experience Requirements:
Unrestricted license to practice clinical psychology or independent clinical social work in the State of Vermont.
Work Schedule:
Weekdays (8-5)
Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience
Compensation Range:
$100,000 +
