Family Medicine Float Provider Opportunity
The Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) with nine clinics in the city of Providence,

About the Float Team opportunity:
• Full time or part-time with a regular weekday schedule.
• Provider floats between PCHC clinics in Providence providing coverage for PCHC providers
on leave/vacation. PCHC clinics are all located in Providence within a few miles of one
another.
• Care for patients of all ages. (There is opportunity for adult patients only)
• No regular panel management responsibility.
• Weekday outpatient clinic only. No weekends. No inpatient.
• Sample full-time schedule: Mon-Wed-Fri 9:00-5:00; Tues & Thurs 12:00-8:00 pm

ABOUT PCHC: Established in 1968, PCHC is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in
Rhode Island with 9 primary care clinics. Our care teams also provide integrated behavioral
health, nurse care management, and in-house dental, optometry, podiatry, dermatology,
nephrology, rheumatology, and asthma/allergy services. With 600 employees, PCHC provides
care for 60,000 patients in the underserved communities throughout Providence.
Qualifications:
-BC/BE Family Physician, or Family NP with 3+ years experience
