Position Description
We are seeking for a an experienced, compassionate, and energetic mid-level provider to add to our group. We have a family medical practice involving two rural Utah hospitals with three clinics. The providers work in both Beaver and Milford, splitting time in the outpatient and the ER settings. We currently have 4 physicians and 3 mid-level providers in our practice.
Essential Job Functions:
Consulting with patients to understand their symptoms and concerns.
Diagnosis and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Wellness visits for all ages.
Perform simple suture repairs and other procedures.
Formulate and implement treatment plans.
Emergency room coverage.
