Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

• Certified nurse practitioner from accredited program
• 2 yrs. experience preferred
• Comfortable seeing ages three months and up
• Family medicine preferred, though those with an internal medicine or urgent care background will be considered
• Patient treatment for most acute illnesses, minor injuries and chronic conditions
