Family Medicine Physician

Compensation: $200,000 to $310,000 per year doe with $8,000 relocation assistance

Duties and Responsibilities:**
**_Offer a personalized approach to healthcare and holistic medical services treating various conditions. Produce healthcare and health management programs based on individual patients’ historical data._

* Provide Primary Care to patients
* Develop health programs that are patient-specific using historical data.
* Monitor, adapt, and administer individualized healthcare programs
* Use patient health data for medical analysis and offer comprehensive wellness exams.
* Administer vaccinations
* Perform medical operations if necessary
* Educate patients and other significant parties about health management and prevention of diseases.
* Recommend patients to specialists for specific treatment/procedures.

Qualifications:

* At least 1 years experience as a Family Medicine practitioner
* Family Medicine internship and residency
* Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
* Licensed to practice in California
* Active participation in continued medical education and membership to a professional organization is highly preferred
* Able to work in Newman, CA
