FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (PA-C)

As part of a critical access facility located within our Rural Health Clinic; the Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) provides acute and routine medical care, fulfilling a vital role in the community by providing high quality care to all ages. As an extension of our family practice providers, the Family Medicine PA focuses on both urgent and primary care needs; conducting patient assessments – including medical histories, physical exams, diagnostic testing, and referring to specialty services. In being part of a collaborative team, the FM PA works alongside two full-time physicians, and supports the organization by carrying out these duties in a manner consistent with the mission and vision of Coulee Medical Center.

Qualifications: PA-C with primary care experience preferred; Current license to practice medicine issued by the state of Washington required; Certifications as outlined in the Medical Staff By-laws. Graduate of an accredited PA program.

Salary Range: Guaranteed first-year income: $140,000 (including sign-on bonus, excluding WRVU incentive)

Sign-on bonus of $30,000, productivity bonus eligible, retention bonus up to $50,000

Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (no weekends or call requirements)

The clinic’s physicians, nurse practitioners and other professionals focus on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of illnesses and medical problems to help lead our patients to a healthier life.
