Family Medicine Physicians needed on an established team

Position Details:

* Fulltime position available with flexible 0.9-1.0 FTE
* Option to include OB in your practice, not required.
* Minimal call, 1:9 for non-OB FMs and 1:12 for OB FMs
* Team-based care model with an experienced care team: ~19 MDs/DOs
* Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License.
