Your Role:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Cape Family Medical Clinic, you’ll play a vital role in providing primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver patient-centered care in a holistic, collaborative environment, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of our diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including routine physicals, wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute care.

* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

* Conduct diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide preventative care to help patients achieve and maintain optimal health.

* Build lasting relationships with patients, offering guidance, education, and emotional support to improve their overall well-being.

* Stay current on the latest medical research and best practices to deliver the highest quality care to our patients.

Qualifications:

 * Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in Missouri.

* Previous experience in a primary care setting is preferred but not necessary.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients of all ages.

* Passion for delivering patient-centered care in a compassionate, respectful manner.
