Family Nurse Practitioner

Our small FQHC is growing, and we are seeking a family nurse practitioner to join our team of providers in a practice with integrated primary care for patients of all ages. Our health center serves the warm and welcoming community of Arlington, Vermont, and the surrounding towns. The area boasts four-season charm with gorgeous scenery, college-town amenities and high-quality specialty support in nearby Bennington. BVHC is recognized by NCQA as a patient-centered medical home, and hosts a behavioral health program, MAT for opioid use disorder, and a state of the art dental practice.

Our current medical team includes 3 FNPs and a family physician, all working collaboratively with shared primary care panels, which allows for more balance on the days you are not scheduled to work.

The ideal candidate

-has significant primary care experience (we’ll consider NPs who have completed a primary care residency or have at least two years of primary care experience)

-has experience documenting primary care progress notes in an EHR (we offer AI scribes)

-has a strong grasp of evidence-based guidelines

-works collaboratively with teammates in all roles.
