Job Summary:
Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care service including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field
Experience:
* Three to five years of experience preferred
Certification/Licensure:
* Active Florida license required
* DEA license required
* BLS certification required
* Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred
Other requirements:
* Commitment and ability to keep up to date with scientific and technological developments/literature.
* Able to work flexible hours as assigned.
* Able to work at other CHC locations as assigned.
