Center (FQHC) located in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Huntsville, Arkansas, and we’re
looking for the right provider to join our growing team.

Position Highlights:
 Full-scope family practice serving all ages
 Office Hours:
• Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM to 11:45 AM
 Collaborative care environment with experienced support staff
 Emphasis on quality care, prevention, and patient education
