Family Practice Physician – OB – -RELOCATION/SIGN ON BONUS

SMMC seeks a FPOB or Ob/Gyn to provide comprehensive perinatal care, family medicine, and women’s health. Our multi-disciplinary care team is a unique model of fully integrated medical and behavioral health care with licensed therapists and care managers. Our team consists of many specialists, family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, licensed behavioral health provider, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and care coordinators. We serve a rural community, with a varied population. The health center provides extensive community health and prevention programs and school-based services. * Requirements

A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and have successfully completed an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
