Full Time General Dentist

A Community-Based Nonprofit dental practice is seeking a full-time general dentist to join their team of two dentists, four hygienists, and four dental assistants. The practice has eight operatories and a Tuesday through Friday work schedule.

In this position, you will have a direct impact on the patients and their experience in the practice. You will be responsible for the practice flow and for delivering optimum patient care with integrity and excellence. The goal of the organization is to maintain a practice that runs smoothly where patients are pleased and well cared for, team members are effective and enjoy their work, and the practice is financially solvent and growing. The culture of the company can be described as team-oriented — cooperative and collaborative. The practice is close to the Vermont border, one hour west of Concord, NH, and two hours from Boston.
