General Anesthesiologist – Competitive pay package!

Southern Ohio Medical Center (SOMC) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our established, hospital-employed anesthesia group. We offer a supportive, medically directed program with a collaborative care team model, including 8 Anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs.

Key Highlights:

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with the possibility of extended hours for add-on cases). Enjoy a 1:5 call rotation with post-call days off.

Diverse Case Mix: Join a team that handles a wide range of cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, thoracic, vascular, urology, OB/maternity, ophthalmology, ENT (no heads, no hearts, no spines).

Exceptional Compensation: Base salary of $494,000, with additional compensation based on experience.

Signing Bonus: Receive a 15% signing bonus of your base salary, up to $100,000.

Medical School Loan Repayment: We offer $200,000 in loan repayment assistance.

Residency/Fellowship Stipend: Up to $25,000 to support your training.

Moving Expenses: Up to $10,000 for relocation costs.

Generous PTO: Enjoy 272 hours of paid time off annually, plus 40 additional hours for Continuing Medical Education (CME).

CME Allowance: Receive $5,000 for CME expenses.

Bonus Potential: Earn up to 10% of your salary in performance-based bonuses.
