Location: Petersburg, WV
Practice: Hospital employed with wRVU bonus opportunity
Clinic is adjacent to hospital
Two designated OR days
Mostly outpatient surgery – bread & butter
Hospitalist program – surgeon follows patients unless comorbidities
Usual recruitment incentive
Large referral base from 4 counties
Shared call with one other surgeon
Position is full time but are open to part-time with the right surgeon

System: WVU Medicine System is comprised of 24 hospitals and 5 Institutes
