We are seeking a fourth hematology/oncologist to join our team of experienced physicians in this busy hospital-owned practice. Call is 1:4. Call is one week at the time for 24 hours. Monday – Monday. Physicians see own patients during the day and on-call doc takes nights and weekends. Triage Nurse takes the calls during the day. APPs do not participate in call. Providers are seeing 15-20 patients in clinic per day. Average 4-5 hospital patients/day. Average 1-2 New Inpatients/day. Hospital Medicine team admits patients, you are the consulting physician. Staff includes 1 NP, 1 PA, 1 Radiation Oncologist, 1 Dosimetrist, 1 Physicist, 14 RNs, 7 LPNs, 1 Social Worker, 1 Medical Records Clerk, 4 Office Specialists, 1 Full-time Certified Tumor Registrars; Specialty Pharmacy and Lab onsite, Procedures include: labs, Oncotype Dx Testing, Bone Marrow, Genetic Counseling, Tele-Consults (Macon, GA). No transplants done at our facility and acute inductions are referred out. In-house Equipment includes: X-ray, Lab, Pharmacy, PET/CT, HDR Brachytherapy, New Linear Accelerator

Education & Experience Requirements:

Must be board certified prior to post sixth year of fellowship.

Compensation:

* $550,000 base compensation
* $100,000 chemo supervision
* quality bonus potential of $50,000
* recruitment incentive of $100,000
