Position Description
Adapt Integrated Health Care is currently recruiting for full time Intensive In-home Behavioral Health Therapist (IIBHT Therapist) to join their team in Curry County.

The IIBHT Therapist is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). They provide integrated outpatient mental health treatment services within the IIBHT program that are based on medical necessity. Therapist endeavor to promote symptom reduction, resiliency, wellness, independence and safety for individuals and families receiving mental health services.
Required Qualifications:
* Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, behavioral science, or related field, plus experience in a mental health supported educational/health center settings is preferred
* Knowledge of psychological theory as well as principles and practices of mental health treatment, especially those pertaining to crisis intervention
* Register with MHACBO as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
* Must possess valid Oregon driver’s license
Job Duties:
* Provide in-home and community-based treatment services through assessments and evaluations, including case management, individual and group treatment which promotes recovery, resiliency, wellness, independence, and safety for individuals receiving addictions and mental health treatment services
* Direct and coordinate the client admission process and treatment, skill training, and support services of the program
* Engage and respond in crisis intervention
* Complete timely and accurate documentation
