Our health network currently includes locations in South Chicago, Pullman, East Side, Roseland, Pullman, Chicago Lawn, and Chicago Vocational Career Academy (CVCA).

36 Clinic hours and 4 hours of administrative time

1 day within the work week that includes telehealth aligned with administrative time. Saturday rotations, on call schedule 3 times per year.
