Island Health is seeking an experienced physician assistant with focus in orthopedics to join our team at the Island Orthopedic Clinic. This position will support orthopedic surgeons in a hospital and clinic setting. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with orthopedic surgeons and hospital staff. Island Health has provided orthopedic surgery to our community for over twenty years, this is a unique opportunity to be part of establishing a new orthopedic practice at Island Health.

SUMMARY & QUALIFICATIONS:

Four Day Work Week with combination of clinic and hospital

PA Orthopedic Call required

Work closely with cohesive, multi-specialty group providers with support staff

Integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform, utilized throughout the organization

Compensation Range is based on 1.0 FTE level: $137,569-$155,570

Sign on bonus: $10,000
