* State-of-the-Art Facilities : Work within Essentia Health Fargo, a 131-bed hospital featuring a state-of-the-art NICU transitioning to 14 private rooms.
* Pediatric Admissions : Contribute to approximately 550 annual pediatric admissions.

* Teaching Opportunities : Engage in fulfilling teaching roles with medical students, residents, and nurse practitioner students.

Requirements

* Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Pediatric Cardiology.
* Passion for Pediatric Care : A deep commitment to delivering exceptional care to pediatric patients and their families.

COMPENSATION
* $350,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
