Position Description
_This position will offer comprehensive behavioral health services in a school setting with children and adolescents in individual and group environments. The Provider will be responsible for initial and follow-up assessment and treatment for students by preparing and developing individual treatment plans or “action plans”. This position will advocate for students and families and provide crisis intervention to students on an as needed basis. May collaborate with medical care team for referrals._
_Candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills in interactions with patients, families, and health care team. Candidate must also exhibit the ability to work independently and within a team setting and possess excellent time management skills and the ability to clearly and concisely document sessions. This position may travel to local sites as requested by administration._
_Applicant must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Master Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); experience working with children preferred. This position is full time employment in a school setting with competitive salary and attractive benefit package provided.
